Good morning, I truly enjoyed the trip to Seven Springs Vineyard. This trip was a hit!!! You the host kept us engaged from the time we loaded on the bus....I really tried to win that free next trip...Lol but I did when Bingo. At Seven Springs things didn't go so well. My friend and I didn't have a place to sit and we had to ask the staff there to assist us and we were in the grass as we were suppose to be in VIP...over all we had a wonderful time and look forward to enjoying more adventures with Brooks Tours. As always, great customer service, and a great time. Brooks Adventures Tours is definitely the way to travel!!

Overall a good time, especially the activities on the bus. Now for the not so good. I was under the impression that there would be VIP seating for everyone. However that was not the case. Speaking for myself and friend that came with me, we didn't have a table to sit at nor did we have chairs. We had to ask several times for chairs and a table and eventually we got chairs and had to sit in the grass until another table had us to squeeze in with them. I was under the impression there would have been room for everyone at a table under the vip area. Again overall great trip with some hiccups that needed to be mentioned. I look forward to doing many more trips with you all.
